Scholar Highlight: Vena Kapoor

Vena Kapoor, a 2010 Inlaks Ravi Sankaran Scholar, is currently a freelance consultant and founder of Nature Classrooms, a programme to enhance nature learning for primary school children.

Scholar Highlight: Tillotama Shome

Tillotama Shome, a 2004 Inlaks Scholar, got her MA in Educational Theatre at The Steinhardt School of Education, USA. She won the Best Actor (Critics) at the 66th Filmfare Awards.

Scholar Highlight: Pratap Bose

Pratap Bose, a 2001 Inlaks Scholar, attended the Royal College of Art for an MA in Vehicle Design. He is now working with Mahindra & Mahindra as the Executive Vice President and Chief Design Officer.

Scholar Highlight: Dr. Joyeeta Gupta

Dr. Joyeeta Gupta is a 1987 Inlaks Scholar who studied Law at Harvard University. She was recently awarded the Spinoza Prize, the highest award in Dutch academia.

Intern Update: Viral Joshi

Viral Joshi is a 2020 recipient of the Inlaks-Ravi Sankaran Internship for Field Biology, Ecology and Conservation. He completed his internship at the Center for Conservation Bioacoustics, Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Cornell. USA.

Art Resident Update: Saviya Lopes

Saviya Lopes was the 2024 Inlaks Resident at UNIDEE, Italy. She shared with us her experience of the time she spent at the Residency.

Awardee Update: Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh

Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh is the 2024 Awardee for the International Training Program (ITP) at the British Museum, by Inlaks Foundation and the Charles Wallace India Trust.
