Inlaks Scholar Sanyukta Saha receives prestigious Shankar Nag Theatre Award

Sanyukta, the founder of Delhi's Aagaaz Theatre Trust, was recognised for promoting community-led theatre and inclusivity in the arts.
A 2008 Inlaks Scholar, Sanyukta completed her MA in Theatre and Development Studies from the University of Leeds. She went on to be the founder and co-creator of the Aagaaz Theatre Trust, a community of artists, facilitators, educators, and mental health practitioners. Aagaaz is committed to using the arts to nurture active citizenship and social health. It is led by remarkable and inspiring young people from Nizamuddin basti in Delhi.
