Anu is a special educator who will be building a resource that documents the process of building and implementing functional intervention plans to address vision-related issues in children with multiple disabilities.
Karthik Gunasekar
Karthik will work on a ‘Dry land agriculture charter for Tamil Nadu’ focussed on organic farming and climate change adaptation.
Biraja
Biraja will work towards creating an anthology of short stories written by transgender people through a community writing initiative.
Karthick Sakthivel
Karthick will work on overall ecological restoration by addressing issues of water scarcity and environmental degradation through research-based community action in select ridgeline and water-scarce villages of South Sikkim.
Saba Khan
Saba, who works in the field of social justice, will identify Vimukt Adivasi (Pasamanda) communities in 4 districts of Madhya Pradesh, document them and their social conditions to enable their transition into mainstream society.
Raj Shekhar
Raj will be conducting a study through which he can contribute towards bringing the critical concerns and demands of farmers to the center stage.
Debasish Bhuyan
Debasish will be working closely with first generation school goers from migrant Bihari families in the library space run by their organization.
Chandni Jagat
Chandni will be continuing her work focusing not just on litigation and research on the displacement of tribal communities but also engaging with the State and criminal justice system to increase accountability.
Avinash Poinkar
Avinash will work with the Kollam tribe which is a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) on sustainable rural development.
